Orders Arrived Damaged

If your order arrives visibly damaged please refuse the shipment. This will allow our Team to file a claim easily with the carrier and simultaneously facilitate your replacement.

Upon acceptance of the shipment from our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery.  If you receive a shipment with damaged items (including concealed damage) please follow these steps:

1.  Do not return the damaged goods to us without first contacting us and having the packages inspected by the shipper or its agent.
2.  Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
3.  If received via UPS or FedEx: contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to start a claim with the shipper. An inspection may be necessary to complete the claim.
4. In cases of concealed damage, pictures showing the damage upon arrival could be of great help in getting reimbursed from the shipping carrier.
