Oh, no! I entered my address incorrectly on my order. How do I change it?

As long as you contact us before your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll be able to correct your address for you! 

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact the Amputee Store immediately if you need to change your shipping address.  Please Contact Us through our email form and include your name, email address, the correct shipping address and order number.  If you have an Amputee Store account, you can log-in here to update your address for future orders.

Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it may not always be possible to modify your shipping address. If more than two hours have passed, chances are high that our expert packers have already packed and shipped your order!
