Defective Orders

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first to initiate the replacement process. Please fill out the required fields and describe in detail what you consider defective in the "message" field. We'll pay the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error and/or the item is defective.
