Why is my debit/credit card declined?
A credit or debit card
can decline for many reasons, such as an incorrect card number or
expiration date or a daily limit. Authorization is conducted by an
automated system, and we are usually not given the exact reason. If your
credit or debit card declines, please do the following:
1. Re-enter your credit card information, or use a different card.
2. If your card declines, please contact your card-issuing bank to see if they are preventing the charge for any reason.
3. If your bank confirms it is now okay, please resubmit your order.
Please make sure that all
information on your order matches the information on file with your
bank, including your name, card number, address and phone number.
