Why do some of my orders take so long to arrive?

Why do some of my orders take so long to arrive?

Most in-stock products are delivered within 3-5 business days.

As you may have noticed, a tiny fraction of the products on Amputee Store are available for purchase, however are not fully stocked in our warehouse. Your amputeestore.com order may contain one or more of these products that may delay your order approximately 5-7 business days.


We add a notice on the product page if the product you are viewing will delay your order.

 

Why do we offer these products if we don't fully stock them? We were asked to by a few customers who rely on these products and don't mind waiting a few extra days.

 

If you use a product on a regular basis, that we do not offer, feel free to contact us and make a special request to have us list this product on Amputee Store.
