Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
You may have entered an incorrect email address during checkout. If this is the case, simply "Contact Us" and request an update to your order with the correct email address. This way, you will receive email updates related to your order.
- Spam filtering software within your email account may place your order email updates in the Spam folder. Your mail client (i.e. outlook) is not downloading your mail, or mail handling rules configured within your client are set to not download certain mail or to move it somewhere else. Disable all mail handling rules and ensure that your mail client is functioning correctly.
Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of the order to receive a confirmation. Most confirmations should arrive instantly but not all will. If you still have not received a confirmation after 24 hours and you have checked the aforementioned, please "Contact Us".
