The tracking info says that my package was "delivered,” but I haven’t received it! What should I do?
First, please check all possible areas that your
courier may have left your package (i.e. mailroom, corridor, back
door, etc.). Also it's not uncommon for your neighbor to receive your package as a courtesy and we strongly suggest checking with your neighbors. If your schedule permits, questioning your courier can sometimes save a lot of time in finding your package.
If you're still unable to locate it, please
contact us right
away! We'll be sure to do everything in our power make sure your order arrives safely. We will then start a claim on your behalf, which can then take between 7-10 business days to resolve depending upon the carrier.
