FREE Economy Shipping (7-10 business days)
Economy shipping transit time ranges between 7-10 business days. No Saturday delivery. Possible shipping methods include UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.
We offer free economy shipping within the United States on orders over $85.
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (PST) (subject to stock and availability) will ship the same day and all orders placed after 11:00 AM (PST) will leave our warehouse the next business day.
Premium Shipping (1-4 Business Day(s) Estimate)
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Available Premium Shipping rates are based on your order's weight and include USPS Priority and UPS Ground services.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS during checkout. Available UPS shipping rates are based on your order's contents and weight and include UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS Second Day Air.

Delivery Details
Weekend Delivery
USPS does not deliver on Sundays and UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Saturday and Sunday are excluded from the estimated transit time calculation. For example: A package shipped UPS Next Air Saver shipping on Friday would be delivered the next business day, Monday.
No Delivery on National Holidays
UPS and USPS do not deliver on national holidays such as the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day just to name a few. If a national holiday is between your order date and the anticipated arrival date of your package, please expect your package a day later.
PO Boxes, APO
UPS does not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses, so we use USPS to ship to these destinations. Restrictions apply.
International Shipping Terms & Conditions
- All orders are processed in US dollars at the most recent exchange rate available.
- Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
- International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our store. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.

International Returns
- Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns.
- International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees.
- Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Amputee Store upon delivery will be rejected.
