How do I track my package?

An automated process occurs immediately after your order ships that emails a link to your order status page.  Tracking numbers and backorder details are emailed to the address provided.  

If you did not receive the status details to your email, please make sure that the email address provided is correct and that you are not using a spam blocker service.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, there are several ways you can track your package:
  • Click the tracking link in the shipping notification email that we send you.
  • Copy your tracking number, and track it on the shipping carrier's website.
You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be listed in your Amputee Store order confirmation page. Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse.

Please keep in mind that some carriers, specifically USPS, can take up to 24hrs to display tracking.
